Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the Respondents to sanction and disburse the 15 years TBA benefit as per Rule-8(2) of ORSP Rules 1998 w.e.f. 1.1.1996, 2nd & 3rd ACP benefit w.e.f. 0.1.2006 & 7.4.2006 as per Rule-14 of ORSP Rules 2008 by taking into account the entry date into regular service with all consequential financial benefits within a time bound period for the interest of justice".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.10.2014 under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.4 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to

// 2 // opposite party no.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
