This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) To direct the respondents to sanction 1st and 2nd RACP benefit by taking into account their initial date of appointment / length of service but not from the date of acquiring training qualification along with all consequential service and financial benefits in accordance with the F.D. resolution dtd.

6.2.2013 with effect from 1.1.2013.

(ii) To direct the respondents to fix the grade pay of the applicants @ Rs.4200/- with effect from 1.1.2013 and accordingly fix their scale of pay.

(iii) And pass such other order / orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the petitioners. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
