2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"To direct the Opposite Parties to compute the period of service of the applicant from the date of their initial recruitment till the date of their transfer to Anandapur education district for the purpose of seniority and accordingly the gradation list prepared in respect of the Hatadihi education district in respect of level-V teachers be corrected and further the Government letter dt.5.9.2012 particularly para 3 of the said letter may kindly be quashed."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.3 in that regard within a period of two weeks days from today.

It is observed that if any such representations are filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the

// 2 // same shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of submission of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
