This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. R.K. Behera, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. J. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to grant minimum pension by adding so much period of service from G.P. Secretary Service with regular service as V.L.Ws to make them eligible to get minimum pension as admissible from time to time from their date of retirement. 4.

Mr. R.K. Behera, learned Counsel for the Petitioners contended that similar benefit has already been extended by the Tribunal to the similarly situated persons vide order dated 07.02.2016 in O.A. No. 4394 (C) of 2010 and batch and, therefore, in terms of the said order, the benefit may be extended to the present petitioners.

Mr. J.Patnaik, learned Government Advocate contended that the claim of the Petitioners have already been examined and

rejected by the authorities. A copy of the rejection order is also handed over to learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Court itself. 6.

In view of the above, since fresh cause of action has arisen for the Petitioners, it is open to the Petitioners to challenge the same, if they are so advised.
