It is submitted by Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel that, against the order of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, the Government of Odisha is stated to have preferred Special Leave Petition bearing SLP No.22987 of 2019 before Hon'ble the Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dropped. 6.
The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition after disposal of the aforesaid SLP, if the order of the learned Tribunal is confirmed in the aforesaid SLP.
