This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) Under the circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to grant Time Bound Advancement scale of pay to the petitioner with effect from 01.07.1991 and the other consequential benefits like 2nd TBA & 3rd TBA. (ii) And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to disburse the differential amount within a stipulated time.

(iii) And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to grant the pensionary benefits in accordance with the law.

(iv) And pass such other order(s) / direction (s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice; and (v) Allow the application with cost".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking

// 2 // redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 25.10.2013 under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner, keeping in view of the order under Annexures-2 and 3 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
