This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.117 (C) of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPPC) No.117 of 2015. 3.

The Petitioners being aggrieved by non-selection as contract teacher on the ground of over age in terms of advertisement dated 28.10.2014, approached the Odisha Administrative Tribunal and thereafter, after its abolition, the matter has been converted to the writ petition. 4.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Swapnil Roy, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive this petition within ninety days from today, in case cause of action still subsists. (M.S. Raman) Judge Jyostna
