The Petitioner has the allegation that even after the resolution of the Committee finding no development thereon, the Vice-Chairman of the R.M.C., Jajpur ultimately made a request to the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Cooperation, O.P.1 for considering the issue involved in taking appropriate decision since 23.4.2022 has not been worked out. 3.

Keeping in view the allegation involved herein but however without expressing any opinion on the issue involved, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition simply directs O.P.1 to finalise the issue involving Annexuer-3 series at least undertaking such exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of
