Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) Let the original application be admitted, necessary relevant records be called for and after hearing the learned counsels for the parties upon notice, the original application be allowed directing the respondents to also regularize the applicant as a primary schools teachers w.e.f. the date her juniors vide Annexure-1 have been regularized extending all consequential benefit there from.

(ii) And may further be pleased to pass any other order (s), directions (s) as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the cases".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.3 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 01.02.1992 under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
