This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 1196 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 1196 of 2016.

Mr. Parsuram Mohapatra, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the matter relates to transfer of the Petitioner at the time, when he was due to get retired on superannuation left with four months only. In the meantime, the Petitioner is retired. The matter has become infructuous.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
