3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the 2nd show cause notice.

It is submitted that in the meantime the Petitioner has already been dismissed from service and a fresh writ petition has been filed challenging that order. 5.
In view of above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to prosecute the other writ petition.
