Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) Admit the original application.

(ii) Issue notice to the respondents.

(iii) And after hearing allow the original application by quashing the impugned order No.9769 dated 25.07.2014 under Annexure5.

(iv) And direct the respondents to accord notional promotion to the applicant to the post of Accountant w.e.f. the date when his juniors have been promoted and further direct the respondents to release the service benefits and gratuity attached to the promotional post along with accrued interest forthwith.

(v) Any other relief (s) be passed as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.2 by

// 2 // enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence. 5.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
