This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) To pass appropriate order by quashing the order dated 03.03.2014 vide Annexure-5.

(ii) To pass appropriate order by directing to the respondents to pay the salary from 29.03.2012 to 31.03.2013 in scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800/- and G.P. Rs.4200/- to the post of Level-III.

(iii) to pass appropriate orders by directing the respondents to pay and revise the scale of pay to the post of Level-IV Headmaster with interest within a stipulated period.

(iv) To pass such further order / orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and allow the same with cost".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
