This application under Section 24 of the C.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of C.P. No.772 of 2021 from the Court of the learned Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the Court of the learned Family Court, Balasore.

Notice had been issued by the order dated 22.11.2021 pursuant to which the opp. party has entered through counsel. A memo has been filed on 03.08.2022 by Mr. P.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner stating that on instructions of the petitioner-wife, this case may be permitted to be withdrawn as the parties are heading for a compromise on mutual divorce.

Ms. P. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and prays for withdrawal of the case on the ground that the parties are trying for a compromise.

Considering the contents of the memo, the TRP(C) is dismissed as withdrawn.
