This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 514 of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No. 514 of 2016.

The grievance of the Petitioners seems to be that the Opposite Party No.4 namely Block Development Officer, Kanas in the District of Puri without verifying the vouchers submitted by the Petitioner, directed for recovery of an amount of Rs.55,100/- in respect of transport charges of the flood relief materials during the year 2008-09. 4.

Mr. R.K. Bisoi, counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no up-to-date instruction in this matter. 5.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
