This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- (i) To direct the Respondents to regularize the period from 16.01.1997 to 21.01.2007; and release all the arrears and consequential financial benefits, after proper re-fixation under ORSP Rules, 1998 & 2008; and grant interest since 15.1.1997 thereon at the rate allowed on fixed deposits in Nationalized Commercial Banks, till the date of final payment of all arrears as on date; within a stipulated period in view of the fact-situations of unnecessary delay caused out of conspiracy despite the orders of higher authorities and Hon'ble Court / Tribunal, and also because of the applicant has not committed any fault at any point of time; and (ii) To direct the Respondents to up-date her Service Book without further delay, after above exercise to protect her service advantages due; and (iii) To grant any other fit, proper and equitable relief, the applicant is entitled to, in the facts and circumstances of the case".

Considering the submission made and without expressing

// 2 // any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of four weeks hence. 5.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opp. Party No.1 shall do well to take a lawful decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
