Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
There is no dispute at the Bar that there is already admission of O.S.S. Case No.203 of 2021. Not only that there is also calling for report from the competent authority and receipt of the same from the authority concerned. There is also sufficiency of notice on opposite party no.3 therein/ opposite party no.6 herein.

Considering the prayer remaining innocuous, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Commissioner, Addl. Revision Court No.III, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.3 to conclude the proceeding vide O.S.S. Case No.203 of 2021 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. (Biswanath Rath) Judge sks
