Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) That under the facts and circumstances, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to admit the case, and after hearing issue necessary direction to appoint the applicant under rehabilitation assistance scheme. (ii) Pass any other order / orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper and for this act of kindness the applicant shall as in duty bound ever pray".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 20.07.2014 under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with
// 2 // law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
