1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner had filed the original application before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which has been transferred to this Court.

3. The petitioner challenges the illegal and arbitrary order dated 11.07.2014 passed by the Collector, Bargarh, wherein the case of the petitioner has been withheld and she has been denied for appointment for the post of Junior Clerk in the district office.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter pertaining to 2014 and the appointment has already been taken place, the cause of action does not survive any more.

5. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
