Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned A.G.A.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the communication issued by Opp. party No.2 on 10.3.2016 wherein it is indicated that the deployment of personnel such as Para Forest Staff, Protection Squad, Data Entry Operator and Driver for long period shall be made through Service Providers to avoid any future complicacy. The additional cost towards Provident Fund and Service Tax would be provided by CAMPA.

4. Annexure-2 is an internal communication in between Opp. Party No.2 and the DFO of different division and the petitioners are no way affected by the same.

5. In view of that, the prayer made in the Writ petition cannot be allowed and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy) Judge Sangita
