Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, as also the fact that the petitioner does not belong to the State of Odisha, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some material witnesses during trial.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
