Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) Under the circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to absorb the petitioner in any of the Government Departments as per order passed by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.(C) No.11211 of 2006.
(ii) And further be pleased to direct the authorities to disburse the salary of the petitioner forthwith. (iii) And pass such other order(s) / direction (s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice; and (iv) Allow the application with cost".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 30.10.2012 under Annexure-8 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner, keeping in view of the order dated 03.10.2012 passed in W.P.(C) No.6586 of 2012 under Annexure-7 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
