This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No. 3479 of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 3479 of 2014.

The Petitioner, engaged as Junior Clerk-cum-Typist on ad-hoc basis, since, her service was not regularized and no financial benefit including time bound advancement scale of pay and placement of her position in the gradation list of the Junior Assistant/Junior Clerk functioning under Opposite Party. No.2 i.e., Director Namely, Husbandry and Veterinary Services was given, she approached the learned Tribunal and subsequently, the petition has been transferred to this Court. 4.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 5.

Heard Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate who has submitted that the case of the Petitioner was taken up for consideration but turned down by the

// 2 // Competent Authority as she was found ineligible for being regularized and consequently she was not entitled to other benefits as claim for in the petition.

As none appears for the Petitioner and the matter is relating to 2014, this Court does not feel it proper to keep the matter pending any further. Considering the above submission and averments in the petition, the writ petition is dismissed. (M.S. Raman) Judge Laxmikant
