1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer.

To quash the order dated 28.1.2016 under Annexure-4 as it is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and not in consonance with the Finance Department Resolution vide Annexure-2 series and is further violative of principles of natural justice.

Pass such other orders/directions as may be deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice.

Considering the prayer made, the petitioners are permitted to approach Opp. party No.2 individually within a period of two weeks from today.

4. It is observed that if any such application is made by the petitioners before Opp. Party No.2, the said authority shall take a decision in accordance with law and taking into consideration the order passed in

// 2 // O.A. No.981 of 2016 which has been confirmed by this Court vide order dated 8.7.2022 passed in W.P.(C ) No.21469 of 2019. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition are disposed of accordingly.
