1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioner had filed W.P.(C). No.23116 of 2020 challenging the legality of the revised tender documents submitted by the Directorate of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services for supply of Veterinary drugs/ medicines and vaccines for the year 2020-2021. The challenge was based on account of interfering with the term period of the petitioner in the light of the previous contract awarded for the same in his favour.

3. The present contempt has been filed for the alleged violation of an interim order dated 11th September, 2020.

4. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt has

// 2 // become infructuous due to the cancellation of the revised tender.

5. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
