Questioning the order dated 17.10.2022 as delivered in C.P. No.602 of 2017 by the Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, this appeal has been filed.

Ms. M. Bhagat, learned counsel appearing for the appellant on instruction of Mr. A.K. Das, learned counsel has submitted that the Judge, Family Court has recalled that order and accordingly, this appeal has become infructuous.
