This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

In this writ petition, petitioner has the grievance that in spite of being street vendor in the particular area and there is relocation of the street vendor, keeping in view COVID-19 pandemic situation, petitioner has not been relocated. On the self same issue, it appears, the petitioner has already made a request to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Cuttack vide Anenxure-3. In the circumstance, this writ petition is not entertain able at this stage but however, this Court disposes of the same directing the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.

With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
