1. Mr. Pasayat, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is seeking allotment of shop room. He is similarly situate with petitioners in W.P.(C) no.24038 of 2021, disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench on 19th August, 2021. His client has made representation dated 4th October, 2021, to opposite party no.3, thereby direction for opposite party to consider and dispose of the same.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.3 is to be served.

Court is not inclined to issue notice to opposite party no.3, instead of said opposite party is directed to consider and dispose of the
