Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the ratio of the judgment passed by this Court in WPC (OAC) No. 3436 of 2013 decided on 20.05.2022 and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. 4.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that since the petitioner has contended that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.05.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 3436 of 2013, he has no objection for disposal of the writ petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 20.05.2022 passed in WPC (OAC) No. 3436 of 2013.
