Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Under the above facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, to issue notice to the Opp.Parties and after hearing to allow the same by directing the Opp.Party No.2 and 3 to accept the land revenue from the Petitioner from the year 2012-13. 3.
Through Annexure-1, learned counsel for the Petitioner demonstrates, there has been already assessment of rent appearing to be since 29.12.2014. Allegation is made, in spite of assessment of rent involving the land involving Annexure-1, there is no acceptance of rent being offered by the Petitioner.

This Court finds a prima facie case as revealed through Annexure-1. In the event there is no change in the position, vide
// 2 // Annexure-1 involving the disputed land, there should not be any obstruction in acceptance of the rent already assessed. Keeping this in view, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar, O.P.2 to accept the rent if submitted by the Petitioners provided however there is no change in the position in Annexure-1 in the meantime through any legal process involved therein.
