This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 14th November, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of directing the Executive Engineer (Electrical), TPCODL, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision with regard to disconnection of power supply to his premises, if a fresh application is made to that effect.

Miss Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 14th November, 2022 this Court inadvertently has recorded only one consumer number omitting three other consumer numbers. Since three other consumer numbers are not reflected in the order dated 14th November, 2022, the Opposite Party No.2 is not considering disconnection of power supply in respect of those consumer numbers.

On perusal of the record, the contention of Miss Naidu, learned counsel for the Petitioner appears to be correct. The order dated 14th November, 2022 be corrected accordingly by

// 2 // incorporating the three consumer numbers, more-fully mentioned in Annexure-3 to the writ petition..

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
