The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " It is, therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue notice to Opp.Parties, call for the tender documents and after hearing from the counsels of parties, issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari directing to the Opp. Party No.1 to 4 to cancel the tender and invite fresh tender in respect of sand sairat namely Lahandabud Sand Bed-C for participation of more bidder in order to increase the revenue and by not settling the sairat source in favour of the single bidder for the interest of justice".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
