1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/294/323/325/307/452/427/506/34 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that subsequent to the incident the matter has been taken up for compromise by the parties at the intervention of the people of the sahi as also subscribed by Mr. Ajit Kumar Rout, learned counsel for the informant.

4. keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that there is omnibus allegations in respect to the overt act involving grave offence alleged in the FIR, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail in connection with

// 2 // G.R Case No.1411 of 2022 arising out of Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No.586 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal within a period of three weeks' hence, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions that: (i). The Petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the I.O. as and when required by the I.O; (ii). They shall not indulge in criminal activities while on bail. (iii). They shall appear before the court below on each and every date fixed.

Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioners.

5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
