2. Heard Mr. T.K.Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Y.S.P.Babu, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order of punishment passed on 26.11.2015 under Annexure-5.

Since the said order is am appealable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, in view of the pendency of the matter before this Court, the Petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal against the said order, if he so likes. However, it is observed that if any such appeal is filed within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order, the appellate authority shall decide the same on its own merit, without insisting on delay in filing of the appeal.
