1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has completed his course in G.N.M. with +2 Science which is the minimum educational qualification as per prescribed prospectus and Government guidelines. The petitioner has spent a huge amount of money with a hope of engagement as staff nurse. She has also taken study loan to pursue her education. Learned counsel for the State further submits that the Government is not duty bound to offer jobs to every applicant who has acquired the degree by spending money. Since the Government jobs are limited in numbers and chasers are more than of

// 2 // the posts, it is not possible of the part of any Government to provide jobs to every educated youth in the State.

4. In view of such submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.
