1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner had filed original application before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which has been transferred to this Court.

3. The petitioner prays for issuance of direction to the opposite parties for regularization of his service in regular establishment. The petitioner was working as Work charged Khalasi under opposite party No.4 vide office order No.1583 dated 19.06.1991.

4. The learned counsel for the State submits that since the matter was of the year, 2014, the grievance of the petitioner might have considered by the authority for regularization.

5. Since the matter was of the year, 2014, the cause of action does not survive any more. In view of such facts, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

6. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court, if any cause of action survives.
