This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the IIC, Krushna Prasad Police Station, Puri in investigating the matter properly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently argued that despite this Court's Order dated 05.08.2013 passed in WPCRL No.799 of 2013 wherein, it was directed that the further investigation as directed by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri should be conducted and the investigation

// 2 // should be supervised by officers, who were not involved in the previous investigation and supervision of the case and that the further investigation shall be completed within a period of four months hence. He further submits that so as per the compliance of the said High Court's order, the police authority reinvestigated the matter and submitted the charge-sheet on 17.09.2014 wherein, it has been held that the cause of death is due to suicidal hanging.

In such view of the matter, this Court is enumerated the power to allow the investigating authority to do again and again the same thing, which is abused of the power under the power of the Court.

Hence, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of.
