1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in anticipation of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.448/379/353/427/34 IPC read with Section 29 of the Odisha Grama Panchayat Act.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that he being a Poling Agent and a political person has falsely implicated in this case. On the contrary, learned counsel for the State submits that there is a rigging of booth and snatching of ballot box from the polling station involving the present Petitioner.
4. Since the matter involved the public order and tranquility affecting the constitutional mandate, this Court is not inclined to entertain bail to the Petitioner. The ABLAPL is rejected. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
