Upon hearing the learned counsel for the learned counsel for the Petitioner and State, that the order dated 19.01.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the in the 3rd line of second paragraph, the place of the Court "Puri" be substituted by "Cuttack".

Necessary correction be carried out accordingly. 4.
