This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.123 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.34 of 2021 on the file of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Kujanga, running for commission of offence under Section- 457/328/395 of IPC read with Section-25/27 of the Arms Act, in filing this application under Section-439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier orders passed by this Court as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the

// 2 // circumstances; this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
