Mr. R.C. Pattnaik, learned Standing Counsel for S&ME Department contended that vide order dated 04.12.2021 this Court had given liberty to the Petitioner to move after disposal of W.P.(C) No. 2553 of 2016. In the meantime W.P.(C) No. 2553 of 2016, preferred by the State authorities has already been dismissed on 05.08.2022 by the order of the Division Bench. 3.

In view of the above, let the order of the Tribunal passed in O.A. No. 3092 (C) of 1997 be complied with within a period of three months from today.
