1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- "Under the circumstances, it is humbly prayed therefore that this Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleased to direct the Respondents to disburse pension, DCRG, Un-utilized leave salary,GPF, GIS, commuted value of pension in an early date.

And further be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay interest for the delayed payment.

Or pass any other/orders or direction/directions be issued so as to give complete relief to the applicant. And allow this Original Application with cost."

4. It is contended that because of the pendency of the Vigilance Proceeding the Petitioner is not getting his retiral benefits and he is in receipt of the provisional pension only.

5. Since admittedly a Vigilance Proceeding is pending, the prayer as made in the writ petition cannot be allowed. However, Petitioner may reiterate the prayer after disposal of the Vigilance Proceeding.
