This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.2965 of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.2965 of 2016.

The brief fact of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner has filed this writ petition with a direction to sanction the period from 19th December, 2003 to 2nd June, 2004 as extension of joining time. It is alleged by the Petitioner that when she approached the Principal of S.B. Women's College, Cuttack with joining report pursuant to the Office order dated 15th December, 2003 passed by the Government of Odisha in Department of Higher Education, Bhubaneswar, she was not allowed to join. However, she was reposted to join in F.M. (Autonomous) College, Balasore vide order dated 1st June, 2004. Now, the Petitioner claims to have been retired from service on superannuation on 31st December, 2012. 4.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that final pension and other pensionary benefits are not extended due to non-regularization of the period as stated above.

Heard Miss Subhna Sahoo, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Ramakanta Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 6.
It is brought to the notice that though the representation has been made to the Deputy Secretary to Government, Department of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 13th August, 2016, no action has yet been taken.

In view of such submission and without going into the merits of the respective contentions, the Petitioner may approach the Opposite Party No.1-Commissioner-cum-Sectretary to Government, Higher Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and file a comprehensive representation along with the copy of representation stated to have been submitted to the Deputy Secretary to Government, Department of Higher Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar within a period of four weeks from today. The Opposite Party No.1 shall take a decision in this regard within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation along with certified copy of this order and documents aforesaid by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
