This Petition arises out of an order passed by the learned trial Court involving an application for marking some documents as exhibits.

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court nowhere finds any pleadings involving such documents even in the plaint.
In the circumstances, this Court finds, there is no infirmity in the impugned order. However since the suit is still pending, if the Petitioner is so advised, may undertake appropriate exercise to overcome such difficulties.

With the aforesaid observation the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
