Heard Mr.Acharya, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.

Upon hearing both parties, the order of this Court dated 30th November, 2022 is modified to the extent that, in the second line of para-11, after the words 'family pension', the words 'at higher scale', be inserted before the word 'to'. Similarly, in the cause title of the said order, the word 'Respondents' be corrected as 'Opposite Parties.'

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.
