This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into account the quantity of the contraband seized and the manner of seizure and the role ascribed to the petitioner. In view of the Bar contained under Section-37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Application at this stage.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer at a later stage. Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody 26.09.2020, Learned Court in seisin over the matter shall do well to expedite the Trial.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
