2. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. The writ petition has been renumbered and registered before this Court on 07.01.2022 after the O.A. was transferred, upon abolition of Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar Bench, Bhubaneswar.

2. On perusal of the available order-sheet of the learned Tribunal, it is found that the matter was never taken up after 19.09.2016.

3. The matter was adjourned on 15.02.2022 as no one had appeared for the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed O.A. for grant of benefit of Revised Assured Career Progression (RACP) and in the meantime, he has already received the benefit of RACP rendering the writ petition infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
