This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.277 of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.277 of 2016. 3.

The Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance citing inaction on the part of the Opposite Parties in not drawing the pay, DA, TA and other allowances and it is alleged that the Opposite Parties have not implemented the sanction order No.32362 dated 14.11.1984.

It appears that during pendency of the writ petition, grievance of the Petitioner has been addressed to by the competent authority.

By efflux of time, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
