1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges his transfer order from R.W. Division, Puri under Central R.W. Circle, Bhubaneswar to R.W. Circle, Sambalpur under Annexure-2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. The interim order dated 19.09.2016 stands vacated.
