This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

"(i) Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to quash the notification dated 31.10.2013 under Annexure-4 so far it relate to the promotion of the respondent no.4 to the post of OESII. And further the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to promote the applicant to the post of OES-II from the date the Respondent No.4 has got promotion and grant him all consequential service and financial service benefits from that date.

And / or pass any other appropriate order / orders in the fitness of the case to give complete justice to the applicant".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation

// 2 // dated 06.11.2013 under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
